Ok, story is Bismark called me a few weeks ago telling me how much he DISLIKED the blue on my centers and demanded (yes, Biz TOLD me to send the rims back lol) that I return the rims immediately so that he can re coat the blue. Now keep in mind, I was completely satisified with the blue being a different shade as it offset the wheels from the paint. Bismark really did not care what I thought. lol So, I did as I was told (haha this is a first) and sent the rims back to USW. I also sent one of my old coil pack covers so that the powder coater could color match the flames exactly. Got an email from Bman today stating that the rims are out for delivery. Bizmark also included the following as a teaser. lol Here is the OLD color blue... And now the NEW color match... Bismark and USW are the BEST... Bman ALWAYS goes above and beyond what is expected of their customers. Thanks Bizmark for ALL that you do.
And what part of this story do you find so hard to believe. that is why i will always use bismark and USW to supply wheels for my ride. they build the best wheels for the best cars (even yours ron, lol). sure you can buy cheaper wheels but you will never be able to get this kind of service from anyone else.
Oh I am not surprised one bit. This kind of service and dedication is the reason why I made the jump to USW. Like you Ralph, I will ALWAYS supply my vehicles with USW made wheels. haha Even Maureen's truck is fitted with USW's. :wink:
