So after beating the snot out of the 300 and racking up over 30k since I got her, I have been trying to get my hands on something to drive every day(especially winter). The problem is this is damn near impossible when you are broke.Well thanks to a friend who owns more than a few Antique,classic and muscle cars that I work on the DD issue is no longer a problem! I now have a vehicle that more than meets my needs with only a few minor repairs needed.It has 30k miles...which sad to say is 30k less than the 300......it has no body rust and is fully loaded with leather,power everything and the ability to carry a small army......it will probably even tow the 300 in a pinch if I put on a hitch.And best of all I am back in a wagon! even if it is a Ford
plenty of room to work under the hood....Shit you could get in there with both legs and sit down!! Awesome!
Now that's what I call a land yacht. You can probably put a queen size bed and a kitchenette in there too.

I have a deep love for wagons...and the one you have brings back lots of memories. The need for a daily driver is one that many of us face...my choice: Heck, a guy has to have some fun right?
SAWEET DUDE!....I would so pimp that...take some more pics of the inside and out...that's a clean ass wagon..What's under the hood? One of my first vehicles was a 1978 Mercury Cougar similar to this I could fit 6 people comfirtable in a 2D...lol I bet you can haul alot of shit in that thing...
That thing looks to be in awesome shape Erik. (I wonder if it's old enough so it doesn't have the park/reverse lockout when you're moving? haha, mom managed to get the wagon into park or reverse going about 25 once... it was pretty violent). That's what instantly came to mind when I saw the picture. Haha, you're old enough. That was the preferred method if you were going to spend any time at all. Inconvenient to reach that far leaning over the fender so you sit on the fender and put your feet on the inside wheel well or the exhaust manifold or something (you're also completely in the shade under the hood that way). lol
