Well today I had to back my 300 out from infront of the garage... It hasn't been moved in like 4 days... Well after moving it I notice a puddle about the size of a cd.. My dad says he thinks it was closer to where the front of the car was, so he thinks its something to do with the power steering.. Im thinkn it was closer to the transmission... The car is an 06 with 33k on it no mods.. I will find out more tomorrow when I can get up under it.. I hope this isnt a bad sign, cause Ive only had the car for about 6 weeks... any guess as to what it might be, and what to look for????

06...hmmm.yep...welcome to the "needing your gasket replaced" club. Don't worry it has happened to a lot of us. Easy fix... dealers know about it.

There is an O Ring on a fitting (I forget which one)to the tranny that needs to replaced. There is a TSB on this, so it should be covered under warranty.

It is a 10 minute fix.

Yes, you have a 3yr/36k mile warranty.

By the way Drew, TSB's are NOT covered after your warranty period is up.

    I think it's TSB 21-002-05. (which says it's for 2005 300/Magnum/Jeep/Crossfire/Sprinter but it's actually for the trans)

Practically every NAG1 transmission does this. Why haven't they fixed it in manufacturing? Best guess is that there are years worth of NAG1s in the pipeline. it's a 15 minute fix (.4 hr billable).

Isn't it just the model of transmission, and not vehicle specific? I mean, not outside of SRT's, but not limited to one SRT
