What has Mains been doing in retirment from SRT/C?

Some know that I stepped down a few weeks ago simply because god did not make days 48 hours long he made them only 24 so I had been burning the candle at both ends.

Well, I have been working out and getting rid of the weight I built up during my 15 weeks of virtually no mobility. And spending time with the family.

Working out and completely changed my diet.... I haven't had a soda in 6 weeks...

 

Excellent pictures...spend as much time with that little girl as you can....you gonna wake up one morning and she will all grown up...

Thanks guys, Bethany (the photographer) really did an amazing job. I from personal experience know how hard it is to get a good pic from Katelynn and man she hit it spot on!
