Our club went and did the RMR Bracket Time Racing in West Valley City, UT. It was about 102 degrees during our runs. I am C454. Ben vs. Erik I'm on the left. (Timeslip #1) Chris vs. Mikey You'll see Chris' car on the right lane stopping. Something with the throttle shut the car down. Chris' run Burning a lot of tire off the line. Gordon's Run Richard's Run Erik vs. Ben I'm on the right lane. (Timeslip #2) Mikey vs. Richard Chris vs. Saleen Gordon vs. Phil Elimination Rounds Ben vs. Dr. Doug Dr. Doug is a pro racer. (Timeslip #3) Richard vs. Mikey Richard moves on to the second round. Chris vs. Mustang Chris lost because he broke out of his time bracket. Great time of 14.01.
Thanks for sharing Ben. Nice videos You guys have some seriour DA there. I calculated it at over 7700' at 5:53PM.
Sorry, what does DA mean? How did you calculate that? I would like to know how you did that so I can try to figure that out next time.
DA is Density Altitude. If you have the DA you can convert your time to what you would have run @ sea level. I use Dragtimes.com to figure mine out. Put in the variables and it tells you the DA. You could take your old timeslips and figure out what the DA is too. All the info is on the timeslip. Date, time and track location. At our altitude it is about 1 second difference.
