This is a very complex unit with a huge payoff I have to remove the front facia to do the rest of the install with some hardcore stuff to button it up. Id say Im about 30% done with the install. The Arrington 90mm throttle body makes it an even more complex install, had to do some fancy stuff to make room for the twin. This unit is first class all the way and I cant wait to run it on the track. Crank This baby!!!!!
lol, 1 of 1 black chrome/green twin CAI It does look good in person and kinda changes colors with different light. Im happy with it.
I tried like hell to get my schedule, the wifes schedule, the kids schedule etc... to work for this trip. As you can see, it didnt pan out. Im pretty upset about it, not everyday you can meet up with the boys from out west. Ive been pacing around all day kicking crap and cursing, lol.
Ron and I both wanted to make it too. My car still isn't running. Diablo has had my Predator since June 12th. I got a billet Arrington 90MM and my intake is being ported for it. I did 505/506 with my stock setup. Figure we got a few more ponies available with some race gas and more timing. Want to get the N2O/meth setup working. Should be interesting and won't need more fuel to do it.
DA is 4232 right now. Still 101 out. It's cooler than last night. It was 106 at 10:15PM last night. DA was 4997. Firebird is just a little over 1000 feet. Ron's DA is 7676 right now. His local track starts at 5000 feet. His temp is 83 now. His highes DA today was 8586. That's why we want to go to Atco in the winter. Maybe we can get Cam and Chris to go too.
Geezus Dan. I'm severely jealous. I loooooove the twins mucho. Keep us posted on your driveability feedback as well. Kudos to ya buddy!!!!
The twins look great Dan. Hal, the ABQ dragway actually sits at 5380. lol Every foot counts. hahahaha Dan, I would LOVE to make it out in November. Unless the money tree makes a quick recovery, I won't be able to make it until 2010. Shit, I'm still considering moving to the East Coast. lol
