its just sad to see people who dont know anything about the case post their personal opinions as fact. video of his testimony can go either way. get me in front of a camera after someone slanders my name and my career, life and utter legacy are put on the chopping block and yeah, i will fidget too. especially if i had the mentality of a 12yr old kid. the thought that this case was put aside due to his fame if seriously fucking retarded. he was an international icon, world famous since he was 8 yrs old. if there was evidence of any kind available to the prosecution they would have proceeded....thats a sure fact. in the end they had nothing.

Well, once again I drew strong responses. I'm not going to get into it again. I slept on it. JAKE is right. It was tasteless for me to offer opinion, although based upon training and experience. The court system we all entrust didn't damn Jackson, and neither should I have... Do I still feel he was a bad person? Yes. To me, the evidence, anecdotal and otherwise, points to it. Who in reality, would have let THEIR kid sleep over his house? Not me, and likely not even Jake. He is no longer alive, and God will determine his final fate. I'm not copping out... Its just that I've seen shitheads who should never leave prison for doing very bad things live and walk free to victimize once again... hurting people and even kids... you can't imagine. Man I so wanted that jacket in the beat it video, not so much the glove. They played alot of his music at the bar next to ours last night while we were working away and you know for each song they played it brought back so many memories of my childhood on up to my early adult life, each song had me thinking about what was going on at that time and you know there are not many music artists out there that span my lifetime so for that THANKS Micheal!! I feel for the guy. I mean he came out of the womb kickin ass and his dad pretty much drop kicked him in his head. I would hope the charges were made up but like Jason said, he did seem a little wierd in the interviews. Just odd body language and wierd mannerisms. I don't want to speculate on his actions or intentions but I'll always remember the jacket, the moonwalk, thriller and even when I thought he jumped the shark in the black and white video. The dance at the end was just the end for me. Ever since then its been a media circus for him. Hope the kids make it out ok.
