Lots of times they don't run in any water at all... They do miss the turns sometimes. The G forces must be brutal on the instant direction changes and then the course is pretty long with about a bazillion turns. It'd be like condensing a 2 hour road race into a minute. And you know how go-karts look like they're really going slow when you're watching and then it feels like you're going really fast when you're driving? I think the deck of those boats is level with the ground and it's just their heads sticking up. So Ron, does this mean you're not getting the jet dragster?
They showed that once in a while on ESPN late at night years ago. It's pretty big in Australia and New Zealand too.
