Yea, no shit Hal...I felt so inadequate when I left there yesterday...The stuff people are doing is insane...I remember being the insane one, back about 3 years ago.

I was wondering what Chally that blower and motor combo was going in.

Nice to see a Topo Wide Body kit getting some power.

Eddie said looking to push 1000whp at 10psi WOT, and still behave to where the wife could drive it, and not complain....I widened my look at him and said, Good luck bud, you'll need it.
He'll be knuckle deep on this project till mid July, that's when he can get to my little pussy 426 tuning...he also peaked my interest on a tranny build with a Techo. First things first though.

He said that was the plan...I love that look...pic do it no justice...the first LX/Y I had ever seen flat black like that was at SEMA in 07, a Charger...It was hard-on at first site...It also had some fat meats out back.

So do you guys agree with what buckwheat is saying over on LX?

He is posting up close pictures of the car and some underneath pictures. His opinion is the workmanship from TOPO is suspect.

Just curious, not trying to start anything. I know SHR will make it right when they are done with it.

As far as I know, Eddie is responsible for installing the motor and tuning...that's it.

Ya Dan, that's typical of what I've seen. The exterior eye candy work is very cool. But the details are not and I've seen a few rides he's popped out. I'm not a fan.

Wow...just reinforces my beliefs about that site. I didn't finger fuck that car, or get under it to see anything...I just looked at it from afar and snapped a few pics. It was very appealing to the eye from 5 feet. I saw some wheel well fitment issues that I didn't mention, and figured they had to do SOMETHING there because of the widening in that area, but overall cosmetics and looks, that car is sick.
If it was mine, i'de have more of a personal opinion and would have inspected it in detail, but all I was interested in was the powerplant....that's more my style.

No doubt the powerplant is what counts to me :)

Just a tad suprised at the "what lies beneath" stuff that appears to be going on.

Yea, myself....i'm guessing this is CYA for SHR...If the owner wasn't aware prior to being delivered to SHR, then SHR could be held liable and it could end up in finger pointing.

Not to get too technical, but that is NOT an 8.3L blower.
    Maybe 3.8L?
