Yezzzzzz sir, after two years of promising to get-er-done. Welp here it is.

The baddest, best breathing, most custom unit to ever hit the streets. Available in any powder coat finish you can pick. Heck man, it can even be chromed if you choose.

Now, let’s talk about who this is meant for.

It's not meant for a stocker.......no sir, it's a waste of money unless you’re going for the look. Almost any other CAI system will make the same amount of power.

It's not meant for the guy that is not willing to do a little bit of cutting on the body and fascia support.

It's not meant for the guy that wants to keep his windshield washer bottle. But, I am working on a solution for that.

It's not meant for the guy that forges rivers with his ride. If you want to do that, get a snorkel.

Also, it isn't really meant to go on a 5.7 manifold. It fits, it works, but it's the 6.1's that really shine.

So you ask, well crap dumba$$, whose it meant for then. Well, I'll tell ya.

This thing is meant for the guy that has gone more than the extra mile, the wild NA rides. The guys that have motors that want to breath. The fully built 6.1's, the nasty 392's and the baddest of the bad, the 426's and 440's!. The Arrington 90mm finally has something that will compliment it's abilities. :muscle:

Nothing out there touches it. The twins breath ambient air all day. Come with twin 9" filters and everything you need to install except time and tools. It will require removal of the windshield washer fluid tank. It will required cutting of both the passenger side body flange and the bottom section of the fascia bumper support. It will not affect the structural integrity of the support. And it will take a good wrench 4-5 hours minimum to install. I will supply templates for the cutting along with a complete pictorial installation guide and written explanation.

You will also have the choice of having the motor breather fitting on the tube or not. As well as a relocated IAT sensor location. Details will be worked out in advance prior to finish of course. This unit IS NOT CARB certified and meant for off road purposes only.

I will update the pictures as the first sets are completed.

This system is for a stock 6.1 with a 80mm TB or ported stocker.

The 90mm Arrington. This will require machining of the throat of the manifold. Details will be provided about this at a later time.

After I have the first of these PC'd, I will update this picture. But this will give you a idea of what the entire system looks like.

And this is the kind of increase you can expect over a standard CAI. I will provide several dynos over the next couple of days as I dig them up.

This dyno is from FlyByU's 6.1 heads/cam with a ported manifold and Arrington 90.

    This is Coolvanilla's 392 with a 5.7 manifold.

    A couple finished units.

    And a couple testicalmonials

    And Coolvanilla's comments.

    Prices start at $950.00

Shitfire! Nice Cam! You are offering this at a crazy time for me, as I try to decide to stay N/A or go F/I. Beautiful intake dude. So a Brilliant Black powdercoated one will be $950 shipped??? And do you sell the new Arrington cast 90mmTB to go with it?? My intake manifold is already port matched for a 90mmTB as well.

Thanks Chase!. I'd luv to lie to you and say that the BB PC would be a perfect match, but until my first unit is done in that color, we'll see how close it is. And yes, the 950 includes PC with the exception of the very light colors. That requires a couple of base coats so the color doesn't fade on the edges.

The price does not include shipping. Also, I can provide the Arrington, but you wouldn't save any money buying it through me.

Your manifold may be port matched, but it needs to be decked at the throat 5/8" back from the stock location. So please take that into account.

That's been the average on every ride it's been tested on across the board. Even the 5.7 manifold. I had one 5.7 that actually dyno'd less HP. BUT at the track gained 2 10ths and 4 MPH over another top notch CAI with back to back to back runs swapping between them. Also, this particular person is as consistant as it gets on the track.

(I'm still waiting on the one for the driveshaft loop -- which isn't for me either but something I could afford just because it looks cool.)

CAI! 10-15 hp/tq is awesome but isn't the fact that it's across the entire curve the really amazing part?

Hehehe, sorry Dave. I forgot about that. It'll be up in a minute, just for you. :flowers:

Every ride it has been tested on showed the same exact increase across the curve except for one. That very well built 5.7 showed a loss. But at the track with back to back to back testing between mine and another unit that is absolutely top notch. Showed a full 2 10ths off the 1/4 and a gain of 4MPH each time.

Congrats Cam. I know this has been a very long road for you, and I am very excited that you have finally got this to the production stage.

Gotcha. How hard is that to cut?!?! And is it safe??? I wouldn't be doing the work, my fabricator would. I'm just wondering if he's got the appropriate tools to cut my intake manifold down, lol. And don't you think I'd need a 90mmTB to truly maximize the effect of the twins??

You need to have a machinest do the work on a mill. It's not hard with the right machine and tooling. It might take him a hour to do it. Also the mounting holes for the throttle body need to be drilled deeper and taped.

And after just seeing your monster build, you need the 90. ;)

    Damn straight brother!.

    K. Thanks Cam. Thanks a lot. My car is not a monster build yet, though, lol. Maybe after this twin intake, 90mmTB, and underdrive pulley, it will be in that league, lol. I'm trying to rebuild my bank account after the transmission purchase, right now. About how long before you'll be to a point of having one available? Couple weeks, month? I'm wondering if I'll be ready to buy, when you're ready to ship?

I can have units at the PC'r Thursday. I'm not into the "LOOKY WHAT WE GOT!!, AIN'T THAT WAY BAD BITCHING COOL!!..........it'll be ready in 6 months thing". I am trying to only offer stuff for sale that ready to go out the door. Each one of these is somewhat custom. So even though I have the tubing and bottom plates completed, the breather fitting and IAT sensor location need to be addressed and the unit then gets it's final burnishing and interior coating right before PC.

After the first 10 are completed, it will be a 3-4 week order period for additional units after the order is placed.

I'm still trying to figure out how to do the jeep and not get into some major relocation of a few things. When I get a jeep in here for a few days, I'll get on it.

    TANKS!.
