I've seen my daughter jabber like that, but its usually under her breath and not as resonant... its a baby language development thing. I gather her mother is probably a chatterbox too from the father's response.

Modern medicine has concluded that men live shorter lives than women. I believe that men live shorter lives by choice.

I'm starting to think women like it this way. My great-grandfather had a huge clock collection in the attic and he set the clocks so they would all go off at different times. So any time of day, my poor great-grandmother was given a scare by some sort of spontaneous loud clock going off at the wrong time. Any time she complained or suggested he dial down the clock collection, she was scolded. So when the dear old guy died, she just let all the clocks die and collect dust.

Another great-grandfather flipped out over the 70s gas crisis and insisted on installing a wood stove in the kitchen of their relatively new home. Well, great-grandmother waited until he died in his 90s (she was two years younger) and had the thing ripped out. She also replaced all the 30 and 15 watt bulbs he installed around the house so people could actually SEE inside the house.

I know everyone likes to bitch about how women drive men up the wall, I think women live longer so they can get the final say.

My daughter sounds just like that. She does mix it up with some delightfully high pitch squeals while running around like a mad woman. :stars: No offense, but it must be a woman thing. My son was a very calm and relaxed baby. :future:

I'd say its a chick thing, considering we're supposed to say like twice as many words as men in a lifetime. I guess my brother and I are anomalies. That kid can talk forever about anything. Me, as much as I type, I may or may not actually say five sentences in an entire day.
