My first mod was a CAI, but my car already had high-flow cats and cat-back on it when I bought it. If I bought a bone stock car today...it would definitely be a Diablo predator and 180tstat combo. Best bang for the buck. Nothin' like being able to bark 2nd gear!

if your gonna start with baby steps and not bite on the forged stroker/blower/nitrous setup right away then this is your best bet :) hahahahahaha

a 180* t stat regulates the amount of coolant that goes through your system cooling your car...

ours will normally run at around 212*...obviously the 180* runs at...180ish...

    less heat = more horsepower....

You can get them for like $10 or something at a local autoparts store....or a vendor here probably has them for pretty cheap too :)

    I have the JET Tstat....

    the part# is JET10183

180* coolant thermostat. Stock the car is set to run around 200*. At the same time it starts pulling timing/power at about that temp so you get more performance keeping it around 190* or under.

    He's got my vote!

I'm a brown noser too... You said the bunnies run (actually you said "haul ass" which was a very appropriate choice of words) when the garage opens or they see you. I didn't make ANY comments on why. It's not that a few didn't come to mind.

-- they talked to one of the chickens that survived.
-- pretty much anything with a teeny tiny ass hauls it when they see you.
    -- (there were more)

and WHERE'S THE VIDS on your recently modded ride?
