Trying to budget a heads & cam combo part 2!

Well, looks like i made my mind up. I almost bought a used Vortech S/C btw. Made the call yesterday and placed my order and i am happy to announce that i went with.......

85mm Throttle Body
6.1 Inertia Performance Cylinder Heads
Spartan Max Cam
6.1 Camshaft/Cylinder Head Install Kit

Tuning will be done by Bob from SVS.

And to top it off our very own Cam has agreed to do the intall for me. (Just don't know for how much, doesn't want to tell me.) :scare:

BTW, congrats, your gonna be happy with this combo.

 

I also wanted to add that Cam will be smoothing out my exhaust manifolds and may have to work on my ported intake manifold for a nice clean match up to the Inertia Heads. I hope Cam doesn't get any second thoughts. :no:

Would this be a good time for bolting up the SLP pulley i plan on getting? Should i also replace the water pump while your at it? Car has 31k miles. Anything else i should consider?

Oh yeah, Bob from SVS told me to make sure you use a wide band for data logging. But i'm sure you knew this right? :tooth:

How many miles??. And Stu should be sending you an adjustable cam gear. You have to let me know if he is not, that's important.
