What to spray my bracket with?

I made it out of bar aluminum.
It's going to be inside the car.
I want to paint it grey or flat black (or semi gloss).
I don't want to have to prep the aluminum if I don't have to.
I want it to dry in a couple of hours.
I want to go to OSH or Home Depot and buy it now (no mail order).

What to get?

 

Rustoleum flat black. Scuff the aluminum with some 800-1000 grit sandpaper, or a green scrubbie. Rub it down with solvent/acteone/rubbing alcohol etc. to get rid of your fingerprint oils. Then shoot away.
