It's about that time guys, time to figure out what direction you'll be taking your Jeeps in '08. So...What have you got planned? Personally, I'm going to shoot for as much bolt-on stock longblock N/A power as possible (waiting on UD pulleys and a larger TB which means this phase will take until Feb.), then go H/C + converter, and finally throwing on the spray. Who's going to be in front of me, behind me, or right next to me at the stripe come spring? :viking:
I'm most likely goin with the pulleys, and TB, and nitrous also. Gotta get a tune first. I'm still runnin with the old school B&G. I'm kinda nervous bout gettin a cmr tune for the H/C setup.
Stroker... I'm dropping in the Indy 426 the week of January 8th. It will then go for proprietary tuning. Possible nitrous then & re-tune. Working with Jeff on a F/I setup. Got the front end being developed also. Bill
Well, The plan is to get back from Brazil 30th, Relax first few days.... Get the Monster on the road and beat the crap out of her, Get on the dyno and retune for Race fuel, and Race fuel and NOS. Maybe put on my smaller pulley if it only tops out at 8Psi or so. Then Get to the track for some 11.5 maybe less....????:dancing:
Would love to touch 11.9? on Stock engine N/A with Bolt-ons only. Will send the Old BG2 for updates and get CMR tuning also. Wider, stickier tires to help launch. Mid-pipes with no Cats, also waiting for UD pulleys and larger TB, maybe get ported intake manifold I think 11's are a possibility for Spring...we'll see
I have 2 goals for this year...improve the sound system in there...and get into the 12's...both are very doable...the 12's will most likely happen with the hammer/predator and some practice... the sound system i am still deciding on...

That I know of right now. GC-Heads/Ported Intake/B&G Diablo Tune/Polish Wheels/Dashawk Pod Charger-Tinted tails/Chromed Stockers/Dashwak Pod and whatever else you mofos convince me to do.
I'm going for somewhat stealthy mods. Intake: Custom 4'' CAI w/ 12'' K&N or Brake Duct and snorkel mod, 90mm TB, Mild porting and ceramic coating on the intake. Exhaust: I may take out the resonators and leave all else stock or possibly get the Borla T. Other: UD pullies and maybe a B&G tune. A little of the good old New England fall time air and 12.??@10?. All while looking stock:rock:
Thats it! I can't take the crappy weather here in N.E. getting my baby all dirty and salty! I actually washed and vaccumed while it was raining last night. Great, now i am looking into a Caliber SRT4 for a winter car. Talking about having problems! Do i have issues?

for 08 i am looking for one big mod..... to actually PURCHASE a gcsrt!!!!! almost got the wife convinced......almost..... might do like those toyota commercials running now, and sabatoge the car in some way in order for her to have to say yes to the idea of getting the gc!!! hahahaha
That would be a great idea if it was awd. A group buy for a car would be hilarious. :rock: My plans would be new heads and intake, don't know if I want the expense to put in a cam. Hopefully get properly tuned with B&G. Some lighting upgrades with m3_IL. Hopefully a functioning hitch for the Mopar/Corsa exhaust mod. Don't want to spend too much in anticipation of the new model and the 6.4l.
