Did some testing on Modern Muscle TB's and their Stage 2 ported intake on my personal 06 SRT8. The car has a HHP Stage 1 cam, JLT CAI, Stock heads, completely stock exhaust and our custom tuning. The only thing that sucks about my car is the heavy 22" power robbing wheels, but none the less the intake made a huge difference.

I'm sure some will "scoff" at my numbers. I will attach 3 different graphs.
Graph #1 will show my baseline (completely stock)=run 001, then run 003 is after the install of the Airaid CAI.

Graph #2 will show run 008=baseline with the 22" wheels installed and the Airade, no tune. Run 009= Predator "canned" tune, then run #011, with our custom tune.

Graph #3 will show the car as it sits now, with the HHP Stage 1 cam and Ported TB being the only additions. After the cam install and more tuning, the car made 415rwhp.

With the 85mm TB, I picked up about 7rwhp and with the new 87mm TB I picked up an additional 7rwhp over the 85mm TB.

Graph run #046 is with the stock manifold and graph #048 is with the Stage 2manifold installed. And, this is with absolutely "no tuning changes". Unfortunately, when I did the testing, our tuner was on vacation, so I don't know if tuning would have made any difference. If time allows next week, we will put the car on the dyno and see if we can squeeze anymore out of it.

The final graph shows 435rwhp and 431rwtq...we cooled the car down completely, then did a final run just for some numbers and the car made 439 rwhp and 438 rwtq...didn't show that graph as it was done under perfect conditions for peak numbers.

Wow, NICE!! What do you think you would gain by ditching the 22s for the stock 20s?

Also, kinda off topic, what size is the JLT tube where it hits the TB? Does it go from 4" (tube) to 3.5" (TB) like the C&L tube?

Honestly, i'm pretty sure I would be well over 450rwhp on stock wheels.

The JLT does go from 4 to 3.5, although he does have a 4" coupler for those who have a 90mm TB.
