RDP Motorsport today ran the Worlds fastest Late model Hemi and fastest Challenger record running 10.24 with a 1.44 60 foot time, next run however the rear end parted the living. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2qdPkjvngJM
Congrats Steve. Damn, those 60's keep getting better and better. WOW So, first the tail shaft and now the spider gears? Damn.
so you putting dss axles back in??? i guess i might be a bit nervous with the reports of recent ones that have snapped in just the last few weeks. lol i was referring to different axles of same shape and design from different supplier, not complete rear end swaps!! lol
i have broken 2 sets of dss axles in 2 weeks, but builder bill and me are taking currently about his setup which seems to be bulletproof
not to sound ignorant, but i thought bills set up was a totally different rear end set up than what is OEM???? am i smoking crack again??? lol i will be in the market for a set of axles very soon and do not have real good feelings about the dss offerings right now!
Steve congrats to RDP buddy that Chally is a monster on all motor. What kind of times and traps are you expecting with NOS if you go that route 8's?
some footage from the day, some good traction and some very poor http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P_13iREmuqc
