"The quarter-mile is a memory in a mere 11.8 seconds. Top speed is a claimed 200 mph." A driver alone can eliminate 1 second from a run .. i doubt this. I wish it were true, but it has a tune or a hidden nitrous setup

VERY IMPRESSIVE, kudos to him. See now Furman and Ranger know how to drive those cars the way they should be driven.
woah .. Wade, I'm not trying to hate. By saying "I hope its true" I was trying to get that point across .. the thing I'm saying is the cars spec'd to run AT BEST 11.8. He ran a 10.9? The only thing I'm saying is guys spend like 8g's+ to gain 1 full second on the track .. you are telling them they just need to change the driver .. im not hating .. good for them!! I will say I'm pissed that being 6'4" 250, I am hating the fact I cant fit in one ... EDIT: that link confirmed it with slips and pics .. congrats Jamie
MIR is like nature's supercharger due to the elevation. Cold dense air day, sticky track. Tires stock? Still very impressive. But that will be difficult to reproduce anywhere else on a different day.
I was just busting your chops from what I hear MIR is really generous with the sticky and the weather was on his side. Honestly I would be a bit upset that a 600hp Viper that weighs 3400 pounds could not hit a high 10 or low 11 in right conditions.
