So I just got the Nitto NT05's for the rear 275/40/20's now.... I wanna get front tires....however....my anality will not allow me to get 245/45/20's in the front as they are a different size lol.... So... the dilemma is.... Do i suck it up and get the different size NT05's for the front... Or get Invo's for the front in 245/40/20's
I'm with you on this. I thought having a staggered setup would "look" better. I can't tell the difference between the two. The handling sucks more with a staggered setup as well.
Quit being a pussy Steve. lol I will SMACK you Friday when you get into town. lol. Take a look at Hal's car Friday when you get in, he has the N05's on all four corners.
I want to know how the NT05's compare to the Vredesteins for handling. Turn in, sidewall stiffness. How do they break away. all at once? gradually? where's the threshold?
Let me tell you Dave, I just went for a ride in Hal's monster, and from a slow roll, these tires hooked up very well.
I'm gonna scope out Hals car...if its close enough I will.... Invo's have a better tread wear rating and are about $40 each cheaper too lol
? hey stevo, how are the nt05s working for you? do the grip good at drag strip and how are they on the street as far as too much noise on the rear or etc?:thanks:
Ask Hal I literally got my delivery yesterday when I got home from work and I am heading to spring fest haha He has had them on his car for a bit now and would be able to answer your questions much more completely...especially since hes got them on all 4 corners
I just pick up & mount my NT 05's yesterday, since Nitto does not make a 245 for the front what is wrong with the 255, that will still give you the stagger?
They were released the end of February, Nitto NT 05's 255/45-20 Ask them to order part number N207-230.
