Death by leaf spring bushing removal.

I thought it'd be fun to see what tools we destroy as we work on our rides.
I've killed LOTS, but only recently started taking pics of the fatalities.

Feel free to add yours to the thread. :)

No pix, but I did kill a 4" extension last weekend. Was stupidly using a 3/8" ratched, the extension, and socket to "Try" and remove lug nuts from the truck.. lol

After the death, I went to Sears and secured a 1/2" socket for my 1/2" breaker bar. lol

I think this would be more appropriately titled "Using the wrong tool for the job"?

I did... It's perfect no matter how you think about it And the reason it first came to mind WAS the people (tools) involved so far. :thumb2:

The title is courtesy of "So I Married An Axe Murderer".
It's meant as pure, 100%, unadulterated humor....and as a giggle reference for those that have seen the movie.

The thread isn't meant to determine right or wrong.
It's just for pics of tools that have met with an unfortunate fate.

    And have a little fun.

between November 26th 2008 and this past weekend when my jackstands were being used some how one of them became damaged to the point that it will not drop below full height and now completely unusable.

considering this was the first weekend since November 26th that I could actually USE my tools and jackstands it wasn't me. HMMMMMMM
