We have a new valve cover breather assembly that replaces the cap on the oil fill tube located on the driver's side of the intake of the late model Hemi engine. The base of the breather is CNC-machined from billet aluminum for precise fit, and the included silicone O-ring is specially designed to prevent oil seepage at the base of the breather. The filter base is microfinished for surface protection and good looks, and the removable filter element is a high-quality reusable unit from S & B Filters.

    Price: $46.88

What are the benefits of adding this breather?

    Looks great, by the way.

Well, normally its so that the motor doesn't puke oil into your CAI during WOT or oil changes. But in this case it still will unless you cap off the little hose/barb below the filler neck.

Seeing as that's an emissions part, BMC may not be able to comment on capping that hose barb.

Yea, I knew that from the old school days, just wasn't sure about todays modern motors.

Seems to me this would be a great combination with the catch can?

    Thanks Adam.
