RDPSteve- don't worry too much about those wankers. There's a group here in the US called the "Patriot Guard Riders". They're an organization of hardcore bikers that lineup LARGE vehicles (motorhomes, buses, semis, etc.) and park them in front of the nutjobs protest, blocking them from being seen by the family/friends attending the funeral.
Sheriffs and other local authorities have been kind enough to arrange for parking/demonstration space for the Phelps family.....on the OPPOSITE side of the Patriot Guard Riders.

Here was my arguement when they came locally.

In many cases they protest military funerals and say the soldier died because God is punishing him for being a part of a military that supports gay members, or a nation that condones homosexuality for what it is.

Now, they say all soldiers died for that reason. What is stopping someone from walking up to him, shooting him in the head, and saying "God sent me to rid of your filth"? He lives in this great nation, he condones it, if not LEAVE.
