Today I went down and got the car ready for saturday, I had the tires mounted on the new 17" Front Runners and mounted up all the drag wheels for the first time. Everything up front fits perfectly , Clearing the brakes by a hair, I also have center caps but there not on the wheels yet. At this point Im think Im gonna make a front 17" x 8.5" that I can run up front with a road racing tire package. Tomorrow Im gonna put the car on the trailer and be ready to go early Saturday morning. Expecting to run well.
The car looks funny with those rims tires set up. Dont get me wrong I love it and know its going to go in the 10's once you get that blower of yours. I just now know why dodge used 20's
Shoot, I think those runners should be an option from Dodge. haha They look great Chris. Good Luck this weekend. I will be thinking of you guys as I make the drive out Sunday.
