My SuperBee is the one who usually gets all the modding love from me. My MagnumSRT is my daily driver. Along comes Ernie at 402 Motoring and he is now making these beautiful spoilers for the Magnum crowd. My Magnum has not had any mod love lately and this is the style spoiler I have been looking for, for a long time. Thanks again Ernie. The very first V4 (Version 4) spoiler is now installed....... The V4 Magnum rear spoiler with no 3rd brake light or washer nozzle. I love how the V4 spoiler is roughly the same size as the stock spoiler is, but with the beautiful duck tail upward turn, at the end of the spoiler. This spoiler is just what I have been looking for, for my Magnum. Thanks again Ernie. Your spoiler compliments my tails you painted for me as well. 402 Rocks... Up next for the Magnum is some halo headlights and more BT goodies. I just finished installing the Merc-Benz AMG paddle shifters this past weekend. They are kick azz....I love my paddles.
Thanks, I love the paddles and now after using them, I wonder why Dodge did not give these to us from the factory. Such a natural feel to the paddles. Now I never reach over to upshift the floor shifter anymore. The only time I touch the floor shifter is to put the car in D or P.
That's an easy one, money. Tight ass bean counters, argh! So what was the total cost for doing it all? (if you don't mind me asking)
$170 for the AMG paddles and $28 for the relay/wiring kit. I got both of them from forum members selling them on another forum.
Cutting the steering wheel and installing the paddles was not hard for me. I had a friend help me wire them up though, I am not a wiring guru like he is. Junior did a great pictorial write up on the paddle and wire install here. If you follow his instructions, it will go smoothly. http://www.lxforums.com/board/showthread.php?t=134753
Thanks MOL. No, Only the Bee is going to SF4. I brought both the Bee and 300 to SF2. But not anymore, the 300 is sold and my daily wagon gets a break while I drive the Bee to Cali and back. Took me about 30 minutes to cut and install the paddles to the wheel, I did that myself and also 2 other paddle installs for SCLX members. Go to this thread and you can see a step by step instructions on how to install everything. http://www.lxforums.com/board/showthread.php?t=134753
