    Hey you can vote for yourself all you want, but your vote in the end won't count...

    If I allowed you to do vote for yourself and win by 1 vote would be like me handing out a blank employee review sheet to the employee being reviewed and saying "Fill this out for me"

    My boss always did that. I had to fill the dam thing out and then he'd decrease the ranking in each section and remove all the superlatives like "excellent", "far exceeded expectations", etc., that I had in the descriptions.

    This to me seems like It would be almost imposible to say who is the best employee on the forum, when not everyone sees behind the scenes. Only way I could figure out how to cast my vote is based on who I like best, not who did the best job. Any suggestions in helping me decide? Or is it just a popularity contest? just curious

    I know that, but what Im getting at is this.... All of the staff here does such a wonderful job keeping everything running smoothly and under control its imposible for me to know who is really the most deserving when I don't really know who does the most for the forums. going by just that alone I'd have to vote for everyone. If it was based just on friendships it would be atleast narrowed down to half. Poularity would just be a quick look at who the bigger Poho is.

    I said it should be the based on who contributes the most and does the most.

    Decide on who you feel is your favorite staff member. That is the question after all :bigwink:.

    It was a rough choice for sure. But what I looked at was not who are my close freinds here, not who had the most posts, but who had the best content, structure and knowledge in their approach or response to issues at had.
