Perhaps the DA differences are due to the heand held instrument using a raw barometer reading versus one that is adjusted to sea level. Adjustments for moisture are so small anyway when calculating DA, temp and barometer are the big ones and you would assume it can get close enough on the temperature...so something with the barometric pressure is off one way or another. BTW nice runs there cam, you've really got that beast screaming! Eric
Congrats on the times Cam! Someday I'll take my car to the track and see what it'll do. I won't be running it on DR's though, so I don't expect to see 11's on the factory 20's with street tires. Weren't you running upgraded half-shafts already? If not, then I'll guess you'll be running them now!
Thnx Eric. It is what it is on the weather. I'm just chasing a slip right now, so as far as I'm concerned it could be -3000 and everyone can bitch about it. I just want that 11.5 slip......:thongue2: :bigwink: Thnx! and nope on the halfshafts, they don't make any yet..........well that fit. oh: I'm kinda happy it happened. I always wondered why the 5.7 stuff has been out lasting the 6.1 stuff and now I know. The hardening on the 5.7 stuff goes deeper into the shaft then the 6.1. So for now, I'll be running the 5.7 stock shafts and keep a few extras with me.
I would love to see pictures of the broken 5.7 1/2 shafts... Do a comparison so to speak. haha you show yours, and I will show mine. hahaha
Ya bette move this to the premium lounge first :hypno: Hahaha, I'll take some pics this weekend and post'em.
