60' times vs Tires used

07 GC SRT-8
I have only 2 mods cai and cmr tune.
tires oem goodyears emt - race set up 40 lb front - 36 lb rear
60' 1.78
race wt 5090 lbs

 

2007 Charger SRT8
60' = 1.81
Tires = Yokohama Prada Spec X
PSI = 20psi
Shaft = stock
TC = Protorque 2800 stall
Location = Atco

 

steve - 1.95, nitto 420's, 285/40 at 28lbs, rdp 2800 stall tc, mild burnout, 1200 rpm stall at launch (these tires are VERY worn now and at the time i did this 60')

i would love to feel that kind of launch in our sleds!!!! lol

 

haha the first time hooking up is a trip. Almost scary at first. lol

 

1.93 with Toyo Proxes 4 at 25 psi size 255 45r20. Stock converter and half shafts. I'd say it is more track prep dependant than anything else. It can be anything from pretty good to terrible here in Ohio.

2.00 on the stock F1s at 27 psi. I've learned how to launch the car better sonce I had those though so I would say a 1.9x is definitely possible on those.
