See you tomorrow night for Christmas Eve dinner at the Momo's. We'll being doing a huge Christmas day dinner at mi casa! I'll be smoking an 8 pound beef tenderloin and a 10 pound ham on the smoker. Along with an assortment of sides like fried corn, Bill's surprise potatoes, a green bean casserole, and some festive cocktails! Mmmmm Me cooking of course!

Now's the time to finally try out Quick's bacon wrapped prawns! Roll prawns in hot (spicey) Creole seasoning. Roll up each prawn in a strip of bacon. Skewer and grill until bacon is done. Merry Christmas!!
