Well seeing as Brian is still driving home from us we thought we'd let you all know the results of todays dyno tuning, A New World record for a Srt8 jeep and the late model Hemi motor Period! BJB is now No1. with 921rwhp and almost 900lb's of torque, and for the record the vehicle was dyno'd in 4x4 mod and done on a superflow dyno. and the tune was still very rich to cover for the cold weather and some safe racing on saturday night. Saturday will now be the first time this beast has been to the race track fully prepped and finished correctly, watch out for some seriously quick et's if this old girl hooks up. Congrats Brian and great to see all the time and money now paying off and it was a pleasure to have tuned it for you. Dynosteve RDP Motorsport
Congrats to Brian. Too bad he doesn't post here anymore. He is now running a TT setup. Go get those 9's Brian...
nope mate we rebuilt the ysi supercharger system and replaced all the brackets etc and now its a treat, his other jeep will be getting the twin turbos hehe
OH SNAP. Awesome Steve. Can't wait to see that baby GOOOOOOOOOOOOO Damn, I still need to datalog mine. lol
I saw the BJB Jeep at LX Nationals, and it was a monster then. I remember Brian & Brian having trans. problems and working under the ride (with Steve there too...heh heh). It was disturbing then. I can't imagine it now.
YSI and F1s are my 2 favorite superchargers for a reason... they make this kind of power Great job all!
they can do it without spray... but Jeeps have a huge disadvantage with being AWD. If I read correctly this was done on an AWD dyno? that equates to almost 25% power lose from the crank to the wheels... here are some questions so I have an idea of the setup. Is it Cogged? How much boost? Pully size? injector size? shot size?
Cog Belt, 19psi on this run with nitrous jetted for 100 shot. Bosch Motorsport injectors that flow 87lb/hr@43psi. These are the biggest injectors available that work with a factory processor. This power can be made on Boost alone with this blower if he decides to go that route. This pull was done on a Superflow AWD dyno in 1:1 trans gear ratio. J
BEAUTIFUL! simply beautiful... 87#ers can feed a 4.6 almost to 1k... Great work and very very very smart and nice setup! If my figures are correct you are at 1227ish at crank in that bad mamajama
