Well I did not take a picture of the before, but I can barf it up and try and put it back together for a pic. Looked great Ron.
i cooked the turk today in a plastic bag....its all the rage on the food network, supposed to retain more of the flavor and sacrifice little to nothing in the moist factor. ill see if one of the women took a pic or two. ill make another tomorrow in our smoker...that will be pretty good as well. got to say though that my apple and goat cheese salad was the hit of the day. it was sooooo good i thought that bobby flay whipped it up in my stead.
