got a new camera and did a quick wash and tried it out.

i had too small of a vid card in it. so it only recorded a few seconds.
but once a bigger one goes in im sure i'll be getting some awesome vids
    when autocrossing!! :D

the vid quality of photobucket sucks too.

    what do you guys think?

EDIT: heres the second vid i took and it was from the roof.

thats because the cameras inside a lenix case making it waterproof.

the case holding it is attached to a bracket and mounts anywhere on the car via suckcion cup or mount on to your helmet.

    LOL.
thats when you mix music to it.

yeah i kind of find it annoying too. but the fact of being able to get vid and different point of view shots with out the weight of another person in the car and the vid getting bouncy from them holding it is worth not having noise.

Im probally gonna invest in another 1 or 2 cameras.

keep on on the side another on the roof and inside the car.

with this new camera i can probally finally get those heel toe shift shots i could never get before.

If I thought about it, I should have taken a pic of the camera mount I made for my car when I went and did the Gummybear/1Lap of Atlanta. Nothing special, but it allowed me to get video when I was running around the track.

what i use to do was i has a camcorder with a rolled up towel next to the rear speakers and use a rachet strap to the baby seat hooks to keep it from moving and thats how i use to get vid but the camera would always shift and was very hard to get good vid so i went to the person holding camera mod.

now that i have this new mount and camera i can do a passanger delete and get good vid!!! :D

if you still have the mount take a pic of it, id like to see what you did. may be i can reuse one of my old cameras.

Oh I have still have it...I plan on there being a next time, and a next time, and a next time. I'll get a pic posted. I'd do a vid to, but the smallest one I have is over 15 min long.

Since the box is for weather protection, can you use the camera without it, or are the mounts only attachable to the box?

the camera sits perfectly inside the box and the mounts are for the box only, no other way for the camera to attach to anything else becides sit in the box.

Ok, here it is...keep in mind I said nothing special. But it gets the job done. If you want to see hear video, I'll try to take a small video. I just don't feel like trying to post a 15 min video.

Yeah...I used it in the cruiser the other day. It worked, but the cruiser and the skittle headrest support bars or spaced different. If you measure it out for the cruiser first, then add the extra hole for the skittle it will probably work out better, as the cruiser has the wider spacing.
