We are at the track for the last time with the 300c in its current configuration. It has been a great 2.5 years with this motor, but we felt it was time to take it up a notch over the winter. Run 1: 60ft: 1.68 1/4 mile: 11.305 1/4 mph: 120.61 Run 2: 60ft: 1.677 1/4 mile: 11.305 1/4 mph: 120.83 We are very pleased with the way this car has perfomed over the past few years especially considering how rough we have been on this car. This car has not been driven lightly and has run very good over the past 40,000 miles. We will be installing a new engine over the winter and possibly rebuilding the engine that is in the car now and storing it somewhere. Congrats to Jeremy on some excellent driving.
wow, end of an era for this car!!! what do you guys have in store??? will it be a complete overhaul including redoing things in the car itself, or just a motor??? i recall looking at the actual car at the shindig this year, and remembering what it looked like when i saw it in dec of 06' in west palm beach......yeah, you guys have been a bit rough on the poor thing for sure!!! lol good luck with the new build, will be looking forward to seeing what comes!!!
I look forward to seeing the car next year. I first saw it in C-bus in '07 and then again in '08. It appeared to have been ridden hard during the intervening year. Awesome how consistent it still runs.
Well I am glad i got to see it run in person in multiple events and even saw it sport a BFNY sticker for a while......I am sure the new motor will be even stronger than the last.
I remember!! But on the real Andy/Jeremy that car is badass, always will have a place in late model Hemi roots, right there along side Erik!!!! :harhar: See ya'All! in Vegas, bring alot of ones, were gonna need them!!!!
Looks like the 1st two 426 are now going into retirement.... can't wait to see what yall come up with even though I have an idea or 2 See you in Vegas.
