Those techart boys should bow their heads in SHAME!. What a sad showing all the way across the board. And cost $160,000 more??!!.

That's the exact same thing I was thinking...for $160k more the thing should have won in a landslide...H3LL it should have at least managed to keep it close. :bag:

Hey gun slinger, read here 160K MORE!!. hahaha

Can you imagine paying 99K for the GTR and/or 260K for the techart and going backwards...........gezzzzzz. I'll put this in perspective. The vipers average between 1:30-1:36 at willow depending on the build. The GTR ran a 1:30.04. I watched a full race F40 run 1:28's one day there. I ran consistant 1:42's with my 5.7. I'm certain my new set-up is worth at least 3 seconds off. And the Techart only managed a 1:37.91 with a pro driver.

    THAT'S SAD :p

I'd be curious to see if the results would e different if they ran the same two cars on a different track.

Techart should challenge Cobb to a rematch...

techart has always been more style over substance. if your looking for a porsche tuner, look at protomotive or ruf.

It looked to me like the limiting factor was the chassis adjustments. Understeer is a killer in it's self and at speed.......OMG!!, lets just suck up all the seat material and clog it for a month.

Watching it, I tend to think they had to much negative toe on the rear, great for a slower tight course, but on the big track, the kiss of death. Seeing the 1/4 runs confirms that for me and it was scrubbing speed big time straight lining.

Anyhow, I sure would like to run against that thing with exactly how it sits just for the sheer pleasure of watching the tuner and the owner squirm.
