Ron - be prepared to get kicked in the balls if you decide to sell your house (unless you bought it a long time ago). I almost took an ex-pat gig to China about 2 months ago (2 year assignment). Had my company's relo people come and work up the relo package in early September and due to "market conditions", they appraised my house for $107k less than I paid. Needless to say, I said no to the China gig immediately. Having said that I did buy it brand new in Nov.'06, just shortly after the bubble burst, so I know the original price was still mildly inflated (I would estimate ~$20k over fair market value). -Thom (a guy who has dropped many entire paychecks at Caligula's in Houston...)

Miami has been really nice. And the chicks...OH MY GOD! I think small butts and big boobs are mandatory. I sat down at a bench downtown for a few minutes today and saw two Ferrari's, two of the new M3's, a Lambo, a Blue Bee, and more bimmers, Porshe's, Jags, Bently's, Aston Martons, and Mercedes than I could count. Ya think there's a correlation....hot chicks and expensive cars? I think so!
