petrol is around the $1.65 a litre mark and 2L of milk was about $2.80 last night. A botlle of rum however is about 30 bucks and well worth it....:beerchug:

    cheers

    Hey Ron, look up!!!!!!!!!! lmao!!!!

Ok, once and for all on this gas thing here's my OPINION and no one's gonna change it. Gas prices shot up for one and one reason only ... the price of a barrel of oil on the NY stock exchange. Yes, it goes up also because of natural disasters and pipeline failures and because the wind is blowing from the east today but in general the price of crude is what sets gas prices. All that other stuff you guys say about refining it and shipping it I totally understand but when gas shoots up in price that's NOT what the oil companies say is the reason, the reason is because of the NYSE price.

Fine and dandy, if that's the way it is that's the way it is and I got no problem with that (er, well, I do but that's another story, lol). That being said the masses should expect a price DROP in gas when oil prices drop no? NO!!! That's not what's happening and it's bs in my opinion and nothings gonna change my view on that. I know that Cali gas is special and we do have high taxes and all that other crap so ours tends to be more expensive than in other states but none of that is nor has been the cause of high gas prices, it's been soley because of the NYSE price per barrel.

So all that being said if the oil companies say our gas is expensive because oil is expensive then the reverse HAS to be true and it's not working out that way and that's why I'm mad at high gas prices. (this is all my opinion guys, take if for what it's worth)

    Sunday price $3.14
Monday price $3.09 < had to fill up as I was running low
    Tuesday price $2.99
    Wednesday price $2.95

hope it keeps dropping... had I known I would have probably stretched it, but a new fuel pump is more than the $0.15 savings...
