Caught a rumor of a guy that runs a 07' superbee with some wild mods!!!! 6.1 fully forged bottom ultra custom grind crane cam 1100 dominator carb.....yes, the car is carburated huge tunnel ram intake (no hood becasue the carb sticks out to high!!!) massive head work car is striped of all unimportant items half shafts dr's reportedly recently ran an all motor 10.4x at speedworld in bithlo, fl. (east of orlando) now, i have met the guy and talked to him on a few occassions. very cool guy! owns a couple of bees, a chally, a wild crazy fast ram truck, and a sebring convertible running awd and the turbo set up out of a mitsu 3000gt. all this stuff done by him. i am trying to get a hold of him and get him on the forum. i am also trying to get some proof of this 10.4x run i heard about. do any of you think this is possible with a highly modded n/a set up???? stay tuned, i am going to try and get some more info!!!
Anything is possible Chris. But if he went to a Carburetor, then he probably bought the Mopar 392 Crate motor with the stand alone ECU?
nope...... last i talked to him, he was adament about keeping the 6.1 and seeing what he could push out of it. crazy stuff this guy does and keeps totally under tha radar!!! i will be digging up more info on things soon!
Check out Arrington's site. They have these things with plug and play toys too. Makes for some fine hp without the ecu tuning.
why the hell would you buy a super bee if you were just going to take everything off it? lol if you wanted the super duper lightest car why wouldnt he have gone with a no option (or as low option as possible) 300 to strip down?

he has two...... the yellow is the car that ended up getting out of control with the mods, so he bought the blue.....then the chally.......yeah, he has a few bucks!!! lol friggin very cool guy!! as for the time, i can't prove but got the info from someone i trust....the guy himself, him i have met and hung out with on many occasions....very cool guy and seems to really know his shit about all kinds of cars!!! good point tony....... i really want to run into him so i can get his contact info and get him to post the time slips. he is pretty much an old school car guy and the forums do not seem to be his cup of tea!!
