So, about 2 weeks ago, on Friday I placed an order for four 22's. (Black with red lip, the rear two wider lip). I got my wheels on Wednesday, which is I guess normal shipping time, considering I am 5 hours away from them. So, I get the wheels, and two of them are damaged. Rear right and front right. I'm pissed, but not taking it out on anyone. I call Factory and explain to them what happened, they apologize to me and tell me that it's UPS's fault. They will take care of it, all I have to do is send those 2 damaged wheels back, and they'll take care of it. So, on Thursday I sent them the wheels, and they were supposed to be there by Monday. The guy who paints the pin stripes on their wheels was going to be there, so he was supposed to just paint my wheels, and send them to me so that it's here by today, but here is what happens. I call them now, ask them where my wheel are, they tell me that the rear right rim is lost. UPS lost it and that they have not sent me anything. What pissed me off is that they did not even call me, never emailed me with my tracking numbers or anything. So, I tell them, "You guys were supposed to paint 2 wheels on Monday and send them out to me so that they are here by Thursday.", he says, "We can't paint your rear one when we don't know how thick the rear lip is, since you had it done thicker." I tell him that the rear is just double the thickness of the front one, which is by the way what I told them when I first ordered the wheels couple weeks ago. He tells me that they will have the painter come out tomorrow and paint them that way and that they will be here by next Wednesday. I'm so heated right now, cause my car is sitting on jacks. I sold my SRT wheels couple days after I ordered the Vipers from them, so now I can't drive my car for another week. how messed up is that? I'm just so pissed right now and if they don't do something, credit me in some way, speed up the shipping overnight at least they will never have any of my business again. This is horrible, and I am very unhappy right now. Damnit! I want to make sure that this is on every LX forum out there, and I want to make the buyer's aware of what could happen. I definetely feel like they are not taking care of me as much as they can. From never emailing me ANY of my tracking numbers, receipts, to never calling me and updating me on what the hell is going on. Again, this is horrible and I'm really upset!
I am confused a lil Elvis? Why/how did a right rear lip get lost? I thought these were a one piece? That sucks man and I feel for you. Yea, Customer Service lacks with many companies anymore.
They come wrapped in Bubble Wrap and cardboard. Each wheel. apparently they managed to lose a big ass 22 inch wheel from San Francisco to Los Angeles. So mad, thanks for the support Ron! Edit: I mean RIM not lip, sorry.
This is just nice, I just had a UPS guy come knocking on my door asking if there is a package that needs to be delivered to Factory Reproductions. What the FUUK?

haha, skyline is in a whole diff ballpark. houses there are more expensive than beverly hills. i live off park, montclair area. basically, follow google maps farther toward beserkley.

I was just in Walnut Creek a couple weeks ago.....here is my opinion lol....San Francisco...ugly....Oakland...ugly...well at least the Oakland Airport.......lol.
niiiice!!!! which bar???? hahahaha snail - walnut creek is (was when i was living there) a very nice area!! i dated a girl that lived in walnut creek and i use to love to go visit her (besides the obvious reasons!) because of the area she lived!!! i really enjoyed the east bay area!!!
well, walnut creek is concord really....lots of money there. income median is around 90k a household i would guesstimate. san fran is prob one of the most beautiful cities on the planet....haha. thats just not me saying it, but the world....im wondering where you went. oakland is shit. even the people that live in oakland that have money never state they live in oakland. its always "oh i live in piedmont/montclair/berkeley/etc" haha. i hate oakland, but i find its entertaining. the oakland airport is ugly thats for sure, but its the easiest to move around in that i have ever been in....and ive been to a lot of airports. :magic: cocina poblana, its this new tequila bar. i was drinking avocado margaritas....they were surprisingly delicious. :shifty:
