After getting some good advice on the intake manifolds, I figured I would ask for some info on the oil pumps. Limits? Aftermarket? Thoughts? Thanks guys
"Oil squirters, aimed at the underside of each piston, are added to aid piston cooling for engine durability. A special oil pump pressure relief valve is added to accommodate the squirter oil flow. The oil pan and windage tray are modified to manage oil return to the pan sump at high engine speeds and improve power"
I haven't heard of an engine failure due to oiling...yet. Now that we're beginning to push over 600 RWHP with tuning, forged internals, and boost I'd be happy to see a high flow pump option. The only one I know of is Frank Racing's ported stock pump, but they never really showed a hard data on its performance and I don't know if they're still available or not.

The FRI pump was ported out, but at least a few of the early ones had some leakage issues. When I built up my stroker we just used an SRT pump and called it a day.
Thanks for the links :ilovesrtc: Ill take a look at the stock pump and see if I feel something needs to be done. Thanks guys :worthy:
I got one from PPP and my oil pressure is great always a few numbers above what the stock one was puting out.
