Yup, we did NOT have a spamming issue until LATE last night. Since last night we have had almost 70 new members. Of the 70 newbies, only 4 were actaul members, the rest are SPAMMERS. Thanks for taking up a lot of our time today cleaning up and banning these spammers.
I can say, while I'm at work I miss all the action! Anywho... yeah whoever caused this must be having some massive system overload with popups and virus(s). Word of advice... stay away from online pornographic material.

Any website can cross link. Even my website is crosslinked to here. Any photo I upload to my website then post/upload the link here... gets crosslinked. So when I pull my stastics this website comes up with several post/thread links showing activity. If my website was to be mentioned anywhere else it will become crosslinked as well and I will see that activity. Pretty much someone doesn't need to just put your website under their "Links". If your website is mentioned in anyway with a link in reference the website becomes crosslinked.
To the forum member who cross posts a picture from one of these websites is completely innocent. The malicious website owners can track where the pictures are cross linked to by using some special software. Once they see where the picture was cross linked to, they unleash the spamming dogs. Now, I don't think they can find the forum IF these pictures are posted up in private forums such as our Premium Lounge. The PL is private for Staff and Supporting Members viewing only, so the cross linking might be void at this point, but I am not entirely positive. Now, think about this, if they are able to find the forum, just think of what they can find on YOU the cross linker (or Cam's case, Cross Dresser lol)?

doesnt matter where it is in a forum, private or not. the tracker will tell you what site is linking the pics and spam it anyway.
I can agree with that, BUT, there is a few on going threads in our Premium Lounge that has even more provocative pics than the ones of Megan Fox. And these threads have been on going for months now and no spam. Which is why it makes me wonder? Thanks Steve.
So, if I save a picture from google images to my computer, upload the pic into tinypic.com to resize it for forum use, then paste the tinypic-generated link to that pic, that's crosslinking?!?! If so, that's fucking weird. BTW: Momo's never posted porn on any forum... I ain't sayin' I ain't seen porn, just that I ain't never posted it!
