    OMG.

4300 lbs. 556 HP. 550 TQ. 0-60 in 4 seconds flat (some say sub 4 sec times are possible). 1/4 mile? 12.4 @ 115... on street tires. Destroys every other sedan (BMW M3 & 5 series, AMG 63, Audi R4, etc.) in nearly every category, including slalom and braking. Yes, its true.

Unfreaking believeable. It looks sharp too. Congrats GM, this thing's a world beater.

If I could afford it, I'd own that puppy... with some nice 22's!

I've never even thought twice about a Cadillac, period. But this thing? Holy shit! Can you imagine the cheaper mods (compared to our cars) you could do to that GM engine?!?! Its the ZR1 Vette engine tuned down... so there's another 50 HP in tuning! Good grief, its NIIIIIICE!

I don't think it is as roomy inside as our car, but the #'s are very nice:stars:!

It's going to be tough competing with those numbers, but a heads, cam SRT8 with all the necessary bolt-ons should hang with one. I can't imagine what the insurance would be for one though. Personally, I still think the charger looks better.

What's not to like? Great power to weight, great aesthetic proportions, great (but not over the top) status and apparently less prone to breaking when abused!
(yeah, I use to be a die-hard GM guy 8 years ago...before the "new religion"...does it show?)

I would definitley be up for a real sport ride and handling. Nothing wrong with a starting base of 556hp either.

i have always been a CTS V fan...i think they look sweet and they are pretty fast....

but i would need some real convincing that this go around is better than the last....i have heard horror stories about caddys (especially the CTS) spending more time at the dealer than on the roads...

From what I read about the 09 ctsv, all past issues were fixed and the car as a whole improved upon.
