Since my HHP Stage 2 project went poof with the Lehman disaster im looking for some more power but with a smaller budget. I found a ported and polished intake for a great price. Is this worth to do with stock heads? I know a tweak of my CMR B&G tune will be required. I may be adding Kooks LT's and catalytics too coated this time. What do you guys think?
dude I am telling ya nitrous a big 275 shot staged of course and you can go 10's and still get stock fuel milage.
How do you like your shot of nitrous John? If I was at the track ALL the time "I" think it would be a great investment. If not...there are much better mods for everyday driving.
dude for cheaper then a head and cam and install you can get a vortech blower. the prices are very attractive and tempting.
well for a guy like me who walks in and says i want that package, got no "hookups" and had the shop install, it was more then a vortech.
Well you might wanna just get a price from Josh for the parts and find another shop for the install. Also try Inertia. I run Stu's heads and spartan cam and it's fast as hell.
Tony a Zex kit will be the biggest bang for buck.Put you low 12's,high 11's on a 100 shot for less than $1k.
Hey Tony, I'll have a HHP stage 1 cam for sale very soon if you're interested. It's not the biggest cam out there that's for sure, but it still makes some good top-end power.
