There's a reason I haven't bothered with any more mods. Too much work, too much stress, too much money and it sounds like a second job if you actually read the threads by the guys that do this regularly, or talk to them. I got the car for the driving experience, not because I'm a mechanical genius. I can understand how after a while the car can feel "slow" relative to whatever, but then I remember how she reliably runs 13s, put down 385 hp on the dyno and still gets double takes even from exotic car drivers and I let it slide.

Jason, my point is, maybe you need to take a break from your car for a while. Sounds like you're taking all that power for granted and are getting bored with it. Kinda like getting bored of sex with someone and thinking that getting kinky (swingers, bisexuality) is going to solve the problem. Sometimes its just easier to take a break from it until you realize and appreciate what you've got already. All these threads about things to do to your car to "GET MORE!" just sounds like the automotive version of the seven year itch.

I've also found that going out on a road course once in a while curbs my itch/boredom. The fact I can keep up with all those little imports and exotics really renews my faith/love in my car. :happy:

It was the first thing that came to mind...and there's a reason I'm not still married to my first husband...well, there's MANY reasons...put it this way, I was the car in this metaphor.
