It is known that the H13-3 bulbs flicker. There are two way that this can be fixed (that I know of).
    1. Digital ballasts
    2. Tapping the white wire on your parking lights wiring harness. I have a picture but snipped it from someone. PM me if you need to see it :)

remember you should use a relay when using HIDs

yes I use Option # 2, it works fine, the only Cons, is that You cant turn on your 1/4 light (people call it like that here..) i mean the Parking lights alone. Cause the HID are conected to it, so every time you turn on the parking lights, your HIDs will be ON too!

It doesnt bothers me at all!

yea digital ballast might not work 100%. I still get a flicker but happens once after having headlights on for about 30min.

Only problem with having parking lights tapped is you can't run just fogs. Sometimes I like running fogs only. This is the way I had it for awhile but I got 3k fogs and wanted to run them on there own.

I'm still going to look into this flicker problem. I would like to try to bypass what ever is causing the voltage drop.

The lower K you go, the more light output, but 3k will be yellow.

The only way to bypass the whole lighting system on this car is to run everything independently. So that means a switch to your hids to the inside of your car. That way, you can run the fogs on the stock multifunction switch.Or you can run the fogs on a switch so you can run the headlights on the stock switch.

I tried tapping into the parking light for my HID's but they flashed too.... (it definitly wasn't the turn signal). I just hooked up the HID's to where I had my Halo's/LED's for the smokey projectors power, but didn't work. Brought it to a shop, had one of their guys look at it (he has a H13-3 kit in his truck), but still no luck. He ordered me something that will go in-line to get rid of the flickering, apparently it'll just plug into the stock harness, and then into the digital ballast and it's supposed to let you use the stock switches.

I have an Omni-X HID kit. It has digital ballasts but i'm still getting a flicker (runs for about a minute then turns off for about a second then on. continues to do this about once every min, I don't know if this is what everyones refering to as a flicker). Omni-X told me I may need to install a resistor and I've seen on other forums for other cars people are doing this to solve the problem. On LX forums I read a post on HID flickering fix. The poster said to install a capacitor to the relay of the harness kit that came with your HID kit. Has anyone done this?
