Not yet... still in the works for now. Looks like John, Lance and the guys there at Vortech are taking our inputs and doing some great things with them.

We don't have them yet, but it was test fit on Ralph's Magnum (aka "The Show") and my 300. And fit them both.

I think it wouldnt be over as fast with Ralph on DRs as well. Hes the only one of us that has half shafts and a LSD atm. I still think it would be a good run in the 1/4...in the 1/8 I think you would have us due to low end grunt of the 426! In the 1/4 I dont know if we have enough room to fully run you down but maybe...in a freeway run though I think 120-140 should be much closer. I also would like to do this after my tune is finished to work 100% ;) right now im 60% finished or so.

"MY" personal opinion after "riding" with you (Hal), and "driving" Jason's car is this: "I" think that you would definitely take them. I think they would be playing catch up and wouldn't recover. Using John's teachings against him, "I" believe there is MUCH more power throughout the entire rpm range. Although, I've got to say, they did get one hell of a deal so dollar for dollar it might be comparing apples to oranges. All of ya'lls are much faster than mine!!!

NOT what I was talking about. I'm talking about after all you guys got them installed saying how damn fast they were....and me saying "I don't think so Holmes!"....and then proving it! I asked Jason to "eloquently" recount the happenings of yours, Jason's, and Ryan's races with me in a post for all to see. I kept reading all over the forums how awesome the kits were "out of the box" and I was getting ill thinking how pissed people were going to be when they spend 6k plus for a car length. Now I agree with John about me having a B&G tune...but the fact is this. If "Bud" would have purchased one out of the box it would have been a car length faster. I'm sure Vortech took notice of this and they took action. No one will convince me otherwise. I applaud them for taking action and producing a badass kit!

That's kind of what I thought. More HP and TQ down low and probably more up top too. Actually my HP/TQ curves where pretty much the same as a supercharged stroker till around 4000 to 4500 and then they take off, if I hit the bottle at 4000, I immediately jump to over 600/600.

I agree with the $ to $, but they will need forged bottoms to go any higher, and stay on the safe side. I know Ralph wants to test the limits until Kaboom. That will be interesting.. LOL

I like the idea of someone bumping it up incrementally so we know the limitations of the stock bottom ends. Hell, I may just do it with the SMS, get the mileage out of it that I can. And then, throw a NEW 392 or 426 in it and have my mileage start over again at zero!!

    Ralph's "revolutionary" I tell you....."REVOLUTIONARY"!!
