lol if you're talkin about that OBT shit or gatorland...i've yet to wander to that area. when i first moved to Orlando, i cruised up and down OBT lookin for srt, but kept bumpin into the immature owners. there's really no one good spot. the place by gatorland used to be good till ricers took over now. and 33rd is ok, but cops are startin to hit that up now.

 

Orlando is big but meets always end up getting raided. They go all out... helicopters, blocking you off, towing cars, etc. That has been going on for years, hell before I even got my license and used to go out to them with my friends.

 

why we just chill at our lil corner, and just let things happen

I haven't been keeping track of it. Last time I heard anything it was a TS and all arrows were pointing at FL. I'll have to check out the news/weather channel to see the latest update as far as where its at and projectory path.

as of this morning it was a cat 2, heading to haiti..havent' checked since then. only one projectory is makin it's way to FL, the rest show it going into the gulf...which won't be a good thing for everyone else

i'll see if i can get some more people in here...they been MIA too haha. orlando is ok, tryin to keep busy at my new job, been 4 weeks, business settled down due to all the rain. i'll be passin out flyers this week to get some walk-in's. we're havin a lil' bbq on sat...so we'll see. other than that, it's been ok i guess. same sh@t diff day, but maintainin.

 

If its heading over into the gulf, that's definately not good. Especially if this morning it was a Cat 2. It can weaken but it can definately gain strength in the gulf.

 

I heard that people are predicting Gustav to go the same path as Katrina. But we shall see. If so that means OT for me since I work for a flood insurance company.

 

it was a cat 2. and even if hits land, it'll still maintain a cat 1, and then get stronger in the gulf. i'll have to watch the news tonight or tomorrow morning to see how it goes. there is still another L or TD off of Africa that they'll be watching soon too...

 

Ya we either have no hurricanes or they all come at once.
