this weekend when heading up to Sterling CO the skittle was averaging 35 MPG not use to seeing 200mi at half a tank. but on the return trip with all the crazy weather i was seeing 31. not too bad for an 90K+ mi. skittle:happy:
mine was getting about 32 before the motor 'sploded. i'm only getting 25 right now due to the break in process and very little tune
Just curious...how fast were you driving? Any given week I can pull between 24-28 mpg consistently, but that's doing about 75 on the highway, with stop and go traffic and street driving also mixed in...
80-85 highway 75 in cities in stop and go traffic 15-30 in 2nd wasnt doing any thing special just smooth accell and smooth breaking and pushed maybe 3-5 psi max wasnt drafting any cars though that would have probally helped more. for the most part the car cruised comfertablily at 80-85 at about 10-15 vac
when im doing 75 my needle sits around 5-0 but when im at a higher speed it sits lower 15-10 not sure why but my car sees better gas mileage at that speed, and every cars different.
26ish, considering I never go through an entire tank being on the highway I really can't tell you highway vs. city. All city I get 22ish.
....my SRT8 uses around 16.5ltrs to the 100 city driving and have had it as low as 11/100 highway. No silliness, speed limit!
holy poop.. still running without a return kit? hows that even drivable. i remember when vivat hooked up his 750s on the stock fuel system.. ran like crap.
its just temporary until i get a few more miles on the car. i have the return line sitting in the garage. oh and compared to vivats car, mine is magic, it runs when it seemingly really shouldnt.
wow how are you guys doing that??? i get maybe 25 to the gallon, and i have a ton better gas mileage than most people around here. i really think our gas is to blame.
:mad2: Ah you 4s, Nev that's a good 10-15 mpg more than us 8s get on the hwy. And you're just as fast if not faster!!! Lucky bastards, argh!
