EQ Probation For Ryan (diegochrysler)

As a founding member of the EQ, I am hereby formally submitting to the other 2 founding members (Bud & Stretch) a proposal to bannish Ryan from the EQ.

As a founding member, and as per EQ mission statement, I have the authority, as do the other 2 founders, to institute a probationary period lasting no less than one week and no longer than one month, during which time, the supreme EQ council will convene and decide Ryan's fate.

The Facts:

1. The EQ vs. East County M&G was proposed on 11/30/07 and was formally scheduled on 12/2/07. http://www.srtconnection.com/forums/showthread.php?t=699&page=2

2. Only within the last few days did Ryan ever utter the slightest hint that he may not attend this event. Even then, Ryan stated his wife did NOT want to do anything with him during the afternoon, on the day of the event.

3. Phone calls, PMs and Nextel Direct Connects were made by Rick and I to him.

4. The day of the event, Ryan refused to answer his phone or direct connect ALERTS!

5. Stretch showed, although briefly, despite the fact that his wife was sick and home alone with two young, energetic kids... AND even after taking a rather harsh physical fitness test just hours before!

I personally explained in painful detail (both PM and conversations) the magnitude of this monumental meeting, as there are only 2 major cliques of SRT8 owners in San Diego County, and that his (Ryan's) attendance was mandatory.

My pleas were unceremoniously dismissed by the Junior EQ member... and we were all subsequently slapped in the face when he refused to return our calls.

I am thus invoking the aforementioned probationary period upon diegochrysler for his insolence.

I call upon the supreme council to review these FACTS and come to a determination of your choosing.

Ryan, as per the EQ Bill of Rights, you may defend yourself on these forums while writing in the third party ONLY and by referring to yourself as "Butt Monkey". Example: "This Butt Monkey is sorry for...."

BTW: Moe as a prospect EQ Full Fledge Member you may chime in... Oh! side with the ban, and that means we have an immediate opening!

BTW#2: Ryan, any posts of yours submitted after this thread is started, that I catch in the Political Forum, will be censored and deleted until this matter is cleared via the council.
