Do you think that this is for real?

    Sorry, I do not know how to link an Ebay auction to my post, but take a look at Item No. 280184567444. It it s 2006 GCSRT8 with 7380 miles on it for $37,500. It is highly modified (interior, exterior and drivetrain), way too much for me to list here. It has a a GSM supercharger, 9" rear end, custom paint, one-off hood and tons more. The guy says that it could not be duplicated for under $100,000.

    If it is the real deal, I think that it is a helluva price. What do you guys think? (Sorry if there is another thread on this but I did'nt remember seeing one.)

    not sure it has a forged bottom end (thanks milan for pointing it out) which means it wont last...and if the guy is having health issues and needs to get rid of it...i have seen equally crazy cars for sale at equally low prices...

    That guy has been trying to sell that Jeep for at LEAST 6 months now...

    It's a decent turn-key performance package for someone who doesn't want to spend anything over MSRP. I would think forging and painting would have to go on the list though.

    yes it is true about his health and i have only heard good things about him. He has alot of great parts on there and needs to get rid of it.

    I'd say its the real deal. I'd get it if i was lookin for a GCSRT I'd get it and throw some paint on it!

    I pointed this jeep out a while ago. He use to be asking 59,999.00 for it a few
    months ago. But yea it needs a 426 lower end, and some paint.

    I feel bad for him if he really is sick and needs to get rid of it...pretty significant price drop...but didn't I read somewhere that you couldn't replicate this truck for a hundred grand? Still, he put a hell of a lot into that truck even if the paint scheme is poor.

    I don't think it's a scam. Someone on the other site knows him and I guess he's straight up sick or otherwise unhealthy. It's been up on eBay a couple of times and the price keeps dropping. He should probably get a buyer now, but the paint and bottom end (as previously stated) might need some work. Be a nice ride for someone at that price...
