Please Help Me Find The Deal...on parts i want but don't need....

Does anyone know who has the best price on the Mopar coilovers or the KWV2's? my dealer quoted me $250 on the labor for the mopar set, thats one reason why i'm considering them over the KW's... Is there any specials through the vendors??? Thanks for any help you can give. I'm sooo close to getting professional help for my car addiction.

they set me up with a killer deal on my heads. is it worth the couple extra bucks to get the v2's with the damping feature?

 

It really depends on what you are planning for the car, the damper adjustment is very nice, but not necessary for most people. I have the Eibach Coilovers on my car which are basically a slightly less expensive version of the KW V1's or Mopars. They have been great, and I have done several road course days with them.
One other suggestion...if you are ever planning on upgrading Sway Bars I would do this at the same time, the rear sway install requires removal of alot of the same parts as the coilover install, this may save you on labor if you do them at the same time. We are currently doing a group buy on the Hotchkis Sways too

 

would i be better off going with the mopar/ v1's with the sways or just the v2's? i'm kind of on a budget.

I just have the KWv2's. I really like the improvement in handling and ride. I haven't done the sways because my style of driving doesn't nessesitate them.

 

If I had to choose between V2's alone and V1/Mopar/Eibach w/sways I would do the latter. It is personal choice, some people like the adjustability, others don't have the need. Whichever way you go your car will look and handle much better than stock!

 

I finally gave in and oredered the KMV2's from BMC last night at 8:00 P.M., apperently they stayed open late so i could order. They will be here at 9:00 A.M. and installed by noon!!

Hey brother from another mother!!! I was trying to get a step ahead of you and then BAMMMM!! You tracked me down!! Dahahahahahahahaha!! You still have the Grip kit i want/need... I've called that palce several times and even left a message. Didn't you just do the half-shafts? Make sure you jump on the sway bar group buy too, that is a smokin price!!

 

i paid 500 for my install from a buddies shop....250 seems a bit low to me.

of course i had the sways and coilovers installed at the same time.

 

Thats why I'm going to try to meet up with Erik, $250 for sways and coilovers. I have a feeling the dealership doesn't know what they are in for.
