Immediately after ripping the left headlight off my car my tailights quit working. Brake lights worked and turn signals worked although the left turn signal blinked rapidly like it's supposed to, I guess letting me know I had a "bulb out."

The car is now repaired and everything works as normal except that I still have no tailights.

Anyone have any ideas? I am stumped.

Only thing I can think of is to check the fuse...

Check your tail light fuse. It is located in the fuse box in the engine bay, not the trunk. I had a similar thing happen to me with my Bee. It was the tail fuse that blew.

Thanks guys...will do. Fuse 8 by chance? I don't know why I immediately jumped to the "bad wire" idea, but hey, why stop being an idiot?
